Needed multiple access sesstion to the VM host by multi vSphere Client

Hi experts,

we have already deploved EXSi 5.1/vSphere client5.1 for one of our engineering enviorment.

we need multiple/concurrent access to vm hosts which are resided on the EXSi5.1.

the current our solution are, from the company PC(multi place) access to vCenterServer via a WIFI network/vSphereClient. and all of pepole has dedicated user account for access vCenterServer/VM Hosts.

but when some of pepole try to access VM-Host1, even they are using different account, they will share the sesstion. first opened console will also opened by later access attempt...

I checke the TERMINAL CONFIGURATION, and configured to ask user information by initial connect, and will overwrrite user's setting...but seems it has no any effect.

any advise would be very appreciated.
