Unable to Clone or Create VM's after Database Migration

We recently migrated our VCDB to a remote server.  Since then, we cannot clone VM's, deploy from templates, or create new VM's.  VMotion and Snapshots are working fine.

When attempting to clone, it stops at 18% and then I get disconnected from VCenter because the VCenter service has stopped on the VCenter server.  When checking the Windows App Logs, I see the corresponding error:

The description for Event ID 1000 from source VMware VirtualCenter Server cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

An unrecoverable problem has occurred, stopping the VMware VirtualCenter service. Error: Error[VdbODBCError] (-1) "ODBC error: (23000) - [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0][SQL Server]Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'ONLINE_STANDBY', table 'VIM_VCDB.dbo.VPX_VM'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails." is returned when executing SQL statement "INSERT INTO VPX_VM WITH (ROWLOCK) (ID, DATACENTER_ID, HOST_ID, RESOURCE_GROUP_ID, POWER_STATE, DISABLED_SNAPSHOT, FAILED_DMOTION, IS_TEMPLATE, AGENT_ID, AGENT_CNX_STATE, FILE_NAME, LOCAL_FILE_NAME, ESX_AGENT_VM_STATE) VALUES (?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?)"

Any suggestions?

Also, what would the ramifications be if I changed ODBC settings to connect to the old VMDB (last known working)?
