vCenter 5.5u3 installation. Not enough privileges to DB.

Hello there.

I`m trying to install vCenter (Windows 2012 R2, SQL server 2008 R2 sp3 std) and get this message:

error.png

During the creation of the base I set domain\vcentersrv as db owner:

permissions.png

However if I try too look up in the base security tab, there is no such user and 'dbo' is still the database owner:

If I try to add domain\vcentersrv to security tab of the 'vCenterDB' base I get this error:

error2.png

But if I try to create local SQL user (not AD user) and map it ti vCenterDB as owner, it works perfectly. What have I missed?

P.S. btw if I remember it right, I got this issue about 2 years ago and after all I couldn`t find any solution than to grant the user (vcentersrv in this case) SQL administrator privileges.

P.S.2: domain\vcentersrv is owner of the 'master':

Update: uhm, 'dbo' in the security tab of 'vCenterDB' is (surprise) domain\vcentersrv. I guess its because I set owner of the db during the creation of the database, but still got the same error:
