Hi i am new to vmware,
I can see error VM total disk latency for a VM.
What could be the possible reasons for this error to occur.
1. For example any activity like backup or antivirus scanning going on.
2. Database (for ex:SQL) running on the VM
3. Not having enough RAM for the VM can cause the OS inside the VM to page a lot, which will increase disk IOPS
4 If Vmware tools are not updated.
5 If VM has snapshots
