our /storage/db is 100% and we have tried the command

sudo -u postgres /opt/vmware/vpostgres/1.0/bin/vacuumdb -a -e -v -f -U postgres /tmp/vacuumdb.log

the command returns error:

could not change directory to "/root"

vacuumdb: cannot vacuum all databases and a specific one at the same time.  researching this command is not revealing a working syntax.  any help appreciated.

we are following this article
