probably this is a stupid question, but i didn't find any reference or information about it:
is it possible to install vCSA on a single host, which then will be managed by the same vCSA?
background: there is only one physical server available.
are there any drawbacks with such a configuration, and if there are, what could be problematic? is even booting the server impossible, as it does not find the vCSA server to validate its license?
i know, that an update manager will not be usable, as to upgrade the host, all vm's must be turned off and the host be in maintenance mode. this is not an issue, as a manual upgrade of a single server is really easy.
