Error #1034 in web client when accessing Administration page

Think this happened before Update 1 on 5.1 but everytime I try to enter the Administration page in the web client I get what looks like a Flash error.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the web client but still happens.

I don't think the Inventory is working as everything is zero in the Inventory Lists.

Anything else I should uninstall and reinstall?
